Black Swan Affair was such an incredibly emotional journey I was not ready for. The writing was flawless, like poetry throughout the entire story. It consumed me and everything I thought this book was about, I could not have been more wrong. A beautifully written love story so intense and full of angst you can't put it down. I had no idea what was going to happen from one chapter to the next and I loved being surprised. It isn't often that I can't predict the ending of a book anymore so when a story like Black Swan Affair comes along that knocks me on my ass in the best possible way, it makes me love it even more. I won't give away any spoilers, go into this story blind, let it consume you like it did me and you will not regret it.

I just finished this book, and am in total awe of what Kreig can write. This book isn't one that I ever expected, I saw the teasers and the blurb and it grabbed me. I dont think I've ever gone through so many emotions in one book. Some people say they sit on the edge of the sit, well I may as well have been on the edge of the cliff while reading this book. I had no idea the way it was going to turn out, but I knew who I wanted to get their happily ever after. I just didnt realize for Mav to find hers, that she'd go through so much to find out who her one true love is.
I'm hoping that another character gets a book, eventually down the road. I know this may seem like a vague review, but I just can't give too much of this book away! It truly is a story unlike any I've ever read before. -DD
